rhythmsektion Recording is local Recordist / Engineer / Mixer Mr. James Jones. James has been recording in Austin since 2006 and has been working as a professional engineer since 2007. He currently works as second engineer and assistant to Erik Wofford at local recording studio Cacophony Recorders.
Cacophony has been open and recording under the watchful eye of head engineer/owner Erik Wofford since 2003. James has trained under Erik since April of 2008 and has subsequently learned the ways of analog tape recording, something Cacophony is well known for.
